In-Person Private Lessons

From the outset of our work together:

My tailored, sensitive hands-on guidance will fine-tune your existing activities. You’ll begin to feel the strength, relaxation, and range of motion you’ve needed in key areas. Most of your practice between sessions is done in no extra time each day. Activities that had been rough on your body in the past begin to feel good right away. You will be able to expand your abilities, strengths, and power, physically and otherwise.

 

Within the first session:

Empowered by essential knowledge, begin to feel in-control of your comfort, shape, and performance.

 

Within a couple weeks:

Have a new level of musculoskeletal support exactly where you’ve needed it. Enjoy significant improvement in physical function (endurance, balance, pelvic floor reliability, walking & running speed, etc.). Your peers will notice.

 

Within 6 weeks or 30 hours:

You’ll have automatic patterns for using your body that will keep you safe, pain-free, and maximally powerful in all of your activities.

 

Long-term:

While I started off as a purist health education geek, I learned early in my career that it isn’t enough for me to re-educate posture and movement. Whether my students are able to use their bodies naturally or not depends on their footwear, clothing, and all of their seating–and of course their mattress.
